If you want to become a powerful leader, you must first lead yourself. In order to lead yourself, you must KNOW yourself!

Understanding my Human Design has allowed me to understand myself on a much deeper level. I always beat myself up for changing interest and careers because I was conditioned to belief I had to be a certain way or live my life a certain way. Once I learned that change is a huge part of how I thrived I was able to release the guilt and free myself to be myself fully.

In this episode I have the great pleasure of speaking with Kali Tougas, a life and business coach as a human design expert. We cover what Human Design is and the she reads my chart as I get the opportunity to ask how these different aspects of who we are changes the way we lead and coach our clients.
