26 - Become A World Class Coach By Mastering Communication

Communication really is key as a Coach! In this episode, I speak about ways we can communicate effectively with our clients to achieve maximum results. One of my best practices has always been to ask for permission from my clients for me to ask the hard questions. Having that permission upfront allows the conversations to go deeper even when they are not always easy conversations. Once clear expectations are set as well for both you as a coach and your clients, that's where your Coaching services can go from standard to "world class"!
