
The next round of my PTBA program has started, which is super exciting! As I go through the program with my students, I'll be coming on here talking about some top of mind topics that come up as we go along.
In this Episode, I talk about goal setting and how some believe setting long term goals causes people to procrastinate. I will say that I don't believe this to be true. I think people procrastinate when they don't have a clear vision on where they're going in mind and not knowing "why" they are doing what they do.
We should always be setting goals for ourselves and they should grow and evolve with us over time.
